Paste a source manifest (rich metadata) and a target manifest (after port or rewrite). The tool flattens both into a normalized view aligned with the Universal Skill Format shape, then reports lost, weakened, and preserved security properties.
Tip: include permissions, risk_tier, signature, content_hash, and scan_status when testing loss.
