Chapter Formation Guide
What you need to start a city chapter: two to five OWASP members living within 80 km of the city, agreement to the Chapters Policy, and the details to send with your application. It also covers the review timeline and what to do once your chapter is created, including holding a first meeting within 60 days.

How to claim expenses
How chapter leaders get reimbursed for chapter costs paid out of pocket: submit itemised receipts through the chapter payment request form within 60 days, and get pre-approval and a second leader's agreement before spending over USD $250. Approved claims are paid through Bill.com within 30 days.
How to obtain shared services
How active chapters request the free services OWASP provides: a shared Zoom account, a Meetup group under the OWASP account, and a Google Group for the chapter mailing list. Request one service per ticket through the Chapter Support portal; access is usually set up within three business days.
