The Chair of the Board shall serve as the principal executive officer of the Foundation and provide strategic leadership and direction, and perform the fiduciary and organizational duties as defined in the OWASP Operations Europe vzw constitution and policies.

The OWASP Operations vzw Board of Directors is currently appointed, with a view to electing boards within the term limits normally set out for the US OWASP Foundation, Inc.
